USERNAME AND PASSWORD

The updated conference management software we are using at businesscommunicationconferences.org remembers your id and password if you register on the site or if you submit a paper to a conference.  The only conference to date which used the new software is the 74th Annual Convention which was held in Portsmouth, VA.  If you have not registered with the site or made a submission to the 74th Annual Convention, the software does not know about you.  If you did, it has stored your user profile.

You can see everything regarding a conference on the site without registering.  It is only when you do register or when you make a submission to a conference that your id and password are required.  You can view information on any conference by simply going to the conference information.

Suggestion.  You may choose to use the same id and password whenever you use a site for which you have no real security concerns.  You would never use the same id and password if security were an issue -- like for different credit cards or your bank accounts where security is a prime concern.  With ABC conference sites you should have no concerns about security.

The next conference to be setup using the new software is the upcoming ABC Europe + GABC Conference scheduled for May 27-29, 2010.  Any new conferences will be setup using the new software.  So remember that if you registered with the site or if you submitted a paper to the 74th Annual Convention, use the id and password you used there.
